New Job!
I am now officially a Security Enforcment Officer with CWI Security, Inc.! Full-time, always on-call… this is gonna be interesting. Unarmed for a year, but that is no big. I am just happy to have a job again. :D

So...
It was another Christmas without my son, and another one with out a special someone to dote on, but it was definitely a good one. I only got one thing, which is the only thing I asked for from my family, and I am pleased. I am thankful that I was able to send to my son, as well as being able to provide gifts to the rest of my family, something I am not usually able to do.

It’s hard to move on…

It has been nearly four months since I lost my job at Target, but I may have found a new job! I have an interview at a security detail on Monday. The hours are full-time, and the job provides full benefits. I am pretty excited, and confident. I have no doubts that I will get this job. I am super-qualified given my years in the martial arts, and my specialization in defensive tactics.
My next step...

To be perfectly honest, and as a straight person who seeks to be in the military, I see no issue with the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell (DADT). In fact, I am glad that Obama signed it into law, and for several reasons.
